A mother was arrested in Guadalajara this week for allegedly kidnapping her own daughter and demanding a ransom of 200,000 pesos from her former husband.
Agents from the Jalisco Attorney General’s Office (PGJEJ) detained Maria de Lourdes Rangel Aguilar, 41, along with three accomplices, for the abduction of her six-year-old daughter on Wednesday.
