Vulnerable citizens get clothing handout before cold sets in

The Jalisco Family Development Agency (DIF)  has purchased more than 50,000 short-sleeved sweatshirts, 8,500 long-sleeved shirts and 20,000 scarves to be distributed to 27,000 economically-challenged and vulnerable families in this state who might be affected by the colder temperatures over the coming winter.
