Jalisco authorities have detained 12 suspects tied to the La Resistencia crime syndicate who are now under investigation for possible involvement in the mass murder of 18 persons whose mutilated bodies were discovered May 9 on the outskirts of Ixtlahuacan de los Membrillos.
