Two traffic police patrols fitted with cameras are capturing images of illegally parked cars in central Guadalajara so tickets/fines can be sent to the registered addresses of owners.
All the cops have to is turn on the equipment and press a button to record the image of the offending car and its license plate. The image is sent directly to the headquarters of the Jalisco Transportation Secretariat (SVT) for processing.
