St. Andrew’s Anglican Outreach reminds seasonal members that as they prepare to return north, they are happy to accept any items they would like to donate for next December’s Regalorama.

St. Andrew’s is proud to be able to donate to local charities each year but cannot do it without the community’s help.

Anyone who needs items picked up should call Steve Cole at 766-3322.

Christ Church, Little Chapel

Christ Church Anglican Fellowship will join with the Little Chapel by the Lake for two services on Easter Day, Sunday, March 31, to celebrate the Resurrection.

The first will be a sunrise service at about 6:30 a.m. at the home of Barbara and H. R. Thornton (Paseo de las Peñas 52, Chula Vista), when the  Rev. Rob Wells will preach.  His topic is “From Light To Darkness,” based on Matthew 28:1-10.

There will be a shuttle service from the Little Chapel by the Lake but the last run will be timed to get to the Thorntons’ house by just before 6:30 a.m., so get there early.

The second service is at 10:30 a.m. at the Little Chapel by the Lake. This is a new time! The time was changed from 10 a.m. to accommodate people who need to participate in the 8:30 a.m. service at the Lakeside Presbyterian Church, as well as the joint service at the Little Chapel.  The service will be Holy Communion led by Rev. Danny Borkowski, Vicar of Christ Church, Rev. Rob Wells, Deacon at Christ Church, and Rev. Gene Raymer, Pastor of the Little Chapel by the Lake, who will preach.
