Mexican Navy rescues stranded US tourists

The Mexican Navy rescued seven U.S. and three Chinese tourists off the coast of Jalisco on Tuesday night after their sightseeing boat suffered an engine failure.

Upon receiving a distress call, the Navy located the Aromi boat drifting two miles southwest of Puerto Vallarta.

The ten passengers, including three children, were taken to shore, where they underwent a medical examination and were all found to be in good health.
A civilian vessel later towed the Aromi to port.
