Mexico’s minimum wage rises by 3.9 percent

Mexico’s daily minimum wage will increase by 2.43 pesos as of January 1, 2013.
This rise of 3.9 percent means the daily minimum wage in Mexico’s Zone A – which now includes the Guadalajara metropolitan zone, along with Mexico City, Monterrey and much of northern Mexico – will be 64.76 pesos.
