Photographs of the 49 children who died in the June 5, 2009 fire at the ABC nursery school in Hermosillo, Sonora were posted on the bandstand in the Plaza de Armas in downtown Guadalajara Wednesday.
Parents of some of the victims staged a protest in Mexico City, accusing authorities of whitewashing the investigation into the fire, which many believe was started deliberately.
No one has yet been brought to justice for the fatal blaze that shocked the nation.
