Los Hermanos Castros
Although no longer four brothers, this famous Mexican quartet has been performing since the mid 1950s.   Their “lounge style” repertoire focuses mostly on bossa nova, samba and jazz.  Los Hermanos Castros have appeared all over the American continent and the Caribbean. In the 1960s they became popular in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, where they played with Paul Anka and Judy Garland. Their single “Un Hombre y Una Mujer” reached the number three position on the Puerto Rico singles chart in 1967.

Hollywood Afternoon

Therion
Swedish symphonic metal band formed in 1987 takes its themes from different mythologies and practices, including occultism, magic and ancient traditions and writings. Credited with popularizing the symphonic metal genre by including choirs, classical musicians and even a full orchestra at their performances.

Enrique Iglesias
Spanish-born pop singer was the biggest seller of Spanish-language albums of the 1990s. Has lived in Miami most of his life.

Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra
JPO Musical Director Marco Parisotto leads the orchestra and is joined by soprano Amber Wagner for a “Homage to Richard Strauss.”

Hugh Laurie
British actor who played lead role in popular TV show “House” is also a highly accomplished blues pianist. Since finishing “House” he has completed two albums that have received much critical acclaim. This is Laurie’s debut Guadalajara concert. He will be accompanied by The Copper Bottom Band.
