Annual Chili Cookoff in Nuevo Vallarta

The 13th annual Chili Cookoff will be joined by the first-ever Taste of Nuevo Vallarta on the malecon of Marina Nuevo Vallarta.
The sponsor, the Vallarta Yacht Club, is looking for restaurants, individuals and teams to sign up for the event, set for Saturday, December 7, 4-8 p.m.
Some of the best restaurants from Nuevo Vallarta will be offering samples from their menus.at the cookoff.
Individuals can purchase sampling tickets for 10 pesos, allowing a “sample” of chili or any of the other types of food offered.
Proceeds will go to charity, evenly split between Families of the Dump and the Puerto Vallarta Navy League’s Toys for Tots program.
