Blind Mali musicians Amadou & Mariam bring their blend of world music, blues, rock, and electronica to Guadalajara on Halloween.
The popular duo have previously performed at major festivals such as Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and Coachella, as well as the opening ceremony of the 2010 soccer World Cup in South Africa.
On record they have collaborated with the likes of Manu Chao and Blur’s Damon Albarn, while their latest album Folia features guest appearances from Santigold, Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters and the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s guitarist Nick Zinner.
