Lakeside’s thousands of TelCel customers will be happy to know that the company will open a large commercial operation at Centro Laguna shopping center in next month.
The store will be able to take care of business which customers — especially those with cell-phone contracts — have had to travel to the TelCel center in Guadalajara to resolve. This store will be able to process problems with billing, stolen phones and numbers, new chips, renewing contracts and upgrading programs, as well as setting up new programs.
Centro Laguna management sees the store as an anchor to attract not only more customers to the mall, located at the intersection of the Chapala-Jocotepec carretera and the libramiento; but also for more stores selling electronic and technical equipment.
