As part of the 19th International Mariachi and Charreria Festival, 129 women on horseback broke the Guinness world record for the most Escaramuzas performing together at Guadalajara's Minerva Glorieta on Saturday.
The 16 groups performed a traditional dance on horseback for 10 minutes to earn themselves a place in the record books.
