U.S. Consul General Daniel Keller has left Guadalajara after a three year stint as top U.S. diplomat in the city.
He says he will return to play golf in a tournament next February. His replacement has not been officially named as yet, but is expected to be Susan Abayta, who was most recently U.S. Consular Section Chief in Istanbul Turkey. Holding down the fort in the interim is Guadalajara is Kelly Brougham, current consular section chief in Guadalajara.
