- Mexican Stock Market (BMV) opened at 40,941.31 a decrease of 608.33 points from Thursday, September 20, 2012.

- Interest paid on 28-day Treasury Certificates (CETES) decreased 0.03 percent to 4.12 percent from Thursday, September 20, 2012.

- Bank Interest paid on 28-day 10,000 to 50,000 peso Promissory Notes was changed ranging from 0.81 to 3.70 percent.

- U.S. dollar traded Thursday at 12.50 pesos buy, 13.00 pesos sell.

- Canadian dollar traded at 12.80 pesos buy, 13.40 pesos sell.

- Euro traded at 16.04 pesos buy, 16.70 pesos sell.

- Gold (1 oz) Mexico: 21,127.2 pesos; New York: 1,750.60 U.S.

- Oil (brl) Mexican mix: 98.68 U.S.; West Texas Intermediate: $89.98 U.S.

- Inflation August 2012: 0.30 percent.

- Annual Inflation (from Aug. 2011 to Aug. 2012): 4.57 percent.
