La Nueva Posada’s Christmas Day dinner (seatings at 1, 3:30 and 6 p.m.) features Pecan covered Yule cheese log with sesame crackers, a salad of mixed greens, cranberries, apples, toasted sunflower seeds and balsamic vinaigrette, croissant and butter, oven roasted turkey, sage stuffing, whipped potatoes and giblet gravy, whole cranberry sauce, Danish red cabbage, maple glazed yams with almonds, peas, old English Christmas pudding with brandied hard sauce, coffee or tea and an after dinner liqueur for 280 pesos.
