According to the Washington Post, the legalization of marijuana in Colorado and Washington State is making life hard for cannabis farmers in Mexico.

State legislators from the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) have asked the State Electoral Institute (IEPC) to carry out a “public vote” on the legalization of marijuana.
