I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there are fewer people here now than there were several weeks ago.

Take advantage of it. This time of year is a great time to go shopping. There’s lots of parking outside our interesting local shops, galleries and boutiques, so you’ll have more time to look at merchandise because you won’t be bumping into the “rude ones” all the time and the help, more rested, (and a little hungrier) is friendlier.

This pastime is good for you and great for our local business people, who play a big part in making Lakeside such an interesting and colorful place.
