It seems a little early to me (doesn’t everything lately?), but it’s clear that our wintertime visitors are not just drifting in – they are arriving in droves.
It’s easy to tell who they are. For one thing, their cars have no dents and they get mightily confused at the glorietas.
They actually look surprised when they are passed on the left while they are sitting, signaling for a left turn (unless you want to lose it, don’t use your arm to signal even if it is the law).
The grocery stores are running out of north-of-the-border favorites like peanut butter, stateside made Oreo cookies (the Mexican ones just won’t do) and mayonnaise with no lime juice.
