The 58th International Fishing Tournament of Puerto Vallarta takes place from November 13 to 16.   There are major prizes up for grabs, including 180,000 pesos for whoever snags the biggest sailfish, another 150,000 pesos in the marlin category, 120,000 pesos for the biggest tuna and 80,000 pesos for the biggest mahi mahi.
