Museum opens space dedicated to blasts

This week, the Museo de la Ciudad (Calle Independencia 684) opened a new permanent exhibit of photographs and material related to the April 22, 1992 sewer line explosions.  Many of the images on show were taken by local news photographers, including Jose Hernandez Claire, who won several international awards for his work on that fateful day.  The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 20 pesos entry fee.
