Dear Sir,
On Monday, May 13, at about 12:40 p.m., I returned from a trip to my bank to find a robber in my house. As bad as the situation was, the police who arrived were totally professional, compassionate, and helpful, as were the wonderful neighbors who gathered on the street to hug me, bring me cold water for my gassed eyes and generally offer their support.
