New cooking school opens

Luzma Grande has opened a new cooking school, Casa Grande, at Constitution 3 in Ajijic,

Luzma, who has studied culinary arts, loves to teach others how to make fine Mexican food.

She will offer a variety of classes in her shop beginning Monday, April 7.  She will also be conduct walking tours to introduce people to the market in Chapala and the best and safest street foods.
